The oldest neighbourhood in Dartmouth

Welcome to Harbourview

Tucked under the bridge, along the harbour and the old rail line — a friendly little corner of Dartmouth with a big history. This is our neighbours' hub for what's on, who to call, and the things we share.

We love it here — and we're paying attention

Big changes are happening on our waterfront, and some "temporary" promises have quietly become permanent. We keep a clear, sourced record so neighbours can stay informed and engaged.

Join the association

The Harbourview Residents Association represents the blocks bounded by Shore Road and Windmill Road, from Lyle Street to Geary Street — tucked under the Macdonald Bridge along the Dartmouth waterfront. Meetings, cleanups, the item library and keeping an eye on the neighbourhood are all run by neighbours.

Want to add an event, list an item, share some history, or flag an out-of-date contact? We'd love to hear from you.
